Use of this website

This website provides information about our commercial interior construction services and lets you request a bid. You agree to use it for lawful purposes and not to misuse it or interfere with how it works.

Estimates and bids

Any pricing, timelines, or information on this site are general and are not a binding quote. A firm bid is only what we provide in writing after we review your project scope or plans. Nothing on this website creates a contract on its own.

Our work

We self-perform commercial metal framing, drywall hanging, in-wall blocking, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and interior demolition. We do not tape, float, texture, or paint, and we do not pull permits or perform inspections. The specific scope of any job is defined in the written agreement for that job.

The text, logo, and images on this site belong to Martinez Professional Construction and may not be copied or reused without permission. Some images are representative of the type of work we do.
