Martinez Professional Construction is run by Oscar Martinez and his son Samuel. Two generations, one trade, and 23+ years of commercial interior experience behind every bid.
Our story
Oscar Martinez has spent more than 23 years in commercial interior construction, first over a decade of it in Virginia, then here in Central Texas. He has framed, hung, and finished out the kind of commercial interiors general contractors depend on, and he ran his own construction company along the way.
That experience is the foundation of Martinez Professional Construction. It is a father-and-son operation now: Oscar leads the work with the same standard he has held for two decades, and his son Samuel came up in the trade alongside him and helps run the company day to day.
The two share the same thing that started it all, an ambition to build a construction business that lasts and earns its reputation one job at a time. Every bid we send is backed by Oscar's 23+ years on commercial job sites.

Build it to code
Passing inspection is the floor, not the goal. Every wall, frame, and opening is built to meet the local building code the first time through.
Respect the space
Dust barriers, floor protection, and cleanup at the end of each day. On an occupied building or an active job site, we leave it cleaner than we found it.
Close it out
"Mostly done" isn't done. We clear the punch list and adjust every opening until our scope is right before we hand it off to the next trade.
