Martinez Professional Construction is run by Oscar Martinez and his son Samuel. Two generations, one trade, and 23+ years of commercial interior experience behind every bid.
Our story
Oscar spent 12 years in Virginia, where his son Samuel was born. Back in the 2010s, while Samuel was still a kid, Oscar started his first construction company. The long hours and thin returns wore it down, and eventually he closed the doors.
A few years later the family moved to Texas. Samuel grew up and found his way into the construction industry too. Turns out the two of them shared the same thing all along: ambition, and a real dream of building a construction business that lasts.
So Samuel went to work alongside his father. In 2026, after Samuel finished high school, they restarted the company together, this time in Austin, backed by everything Oscar learned the hard way the first time around.

How we work
Build it to code
Passing inspection is the floor, not the goal. Every wall, frame, and opening is built to meet the local building code the first time through.
Respect the space
Dust barriers, floor protection, and cleanup at the end of each day. On an occupied building or an active job site, we leave it cleaner than we found it.
Close it out
"Mostly done" isn't done. We clear the punch list and adjust every opening until our scope is right before we hand it off to the next trade.
